You may not use Mattina-Sera font as the sole entity of your logo unaltered. If you wish to utilize this font in your wordmark, it must become altered from it's original state, or utilize it in conjunction with other assets.

You may use a font as part of your logo, as long as the original asset is (1) modified and (2) not the dominant element of the logo. However, you must disclaim the asset if registering for Trademark protection, and you may not enforce any rights on the font itself.

You may only use the solid variation of Mattina-Sera for Web Design as the SVG textured file isn't compatible with web. To use the Licensed webfont, target the @font-face selector in your CSS files. Also make sure to include all Copyright and legal information files in your font’s download folder.

Yes. This is one of the special sub-licensing exceptions. You can sublicense the asset to a client, when you’re transferring them a completed End User.

With a Desktop license, yes. The Licensee can apply the font in unlimited physical advertisements for local, national, and global markets. If you are designing these ads on behalf of a third party, a special sub-licensing exception applies

The licensed font can appear in unlimited commercial and personal projects including, but not limited to, physical end products, social media, broadcast, packaging, and paid ads. 1 Desktop License is allowed for 1 user.

Mattina—Sera was designed with a unique presence perfect for display usage. This makes it a good fit for logotypes. A specific license is mandatory to use it as/in a brand logo.

Brand license (Logo) is a one-time fee for 1 brand. It's unlimited in time and commercial use is included (for the brand which acquires the license).

This license permits use of the font in the number of e-books or other e-publication titles selected at checkout, owned or controlled by Licensee for an unlimited number of sales or distribution.

Please Note: The Webfont License is only compatible with the solid (non-textured) variation of the Mattina—Sera Font. The licensed font can appear in multiple websites owned or controlled by the Licensee. Pageview limit agreed upon at checkout.

• Sell an unlimited amount of items for the number of projects permitted in each license (e.g. unlimited sales of one ebook title for the E-pub License)

• Sublicense the font in three situations only:

- to a subcontractor that provides services to you,
- to a client, when you’re transferring them a completed End User
