SHIPPING/RETURNS
Why flat rate shipping?
Good question. At the moment due to the size of my little brand, printing is my biggest battle. Offering flat rate shipping allows me to partner with local printers in Los Angeles, CA to both support other art businesses, and provide you with a fabulous quality product. However, this takes time. Flat rate shipping helps me cover packaging and handling materials that go into making your product the best quality possible.
Do you ship outside the US?
Of course! By now we all know I love travel, so truthfully I'd love to deliver it in person. However international mail works just as well. If at checkout you don’t see pre-calculated international rates, please contact me for a custom shipping quote e: laura@laurabennettdesign.com
What's your store return policy?
Glad you asked! Returns are accepted only if items are damaged upon arrival. Due to small quantity of items and items made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-damaged goods at this time. Thank you!
